Job Description for Finance Internship

12 months professional internship.

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the preparation of the budget and subsequent processes;  

• Preparation of internal files for subsequent forecasting and reforecasting; 

• Determining and analyzing central and functional costs; 

• POC (Point of Contact) regarding invoices to be posted without PO - Validation of accounts and cost centers 

• Support in the preparation of the established weekly, monthly and quarterly reports; 

• Perform analysis and reports to support management;

• Analyze and validate the main changes with impact on costs; 

• Prepare the internal report of the Management Control area;
