About Position:

Position Title: Procurement Analyst

Report to: Lynn Zheng

Position Location: CHN Suzhou Manufacturing - Eng Center

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Create and modify the order in SAP according to the requisition provided by the purchase

2. Communicate with the procurement in a timely manner to maintain the accuracy of order creation

3. Issue order-related report documents

4. Create and modify supplier information

5. Other work arranged by the supervisor.

Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills:

1. Proficiency in using Microsoft office software; Familiarity with SAP system is preferred;

2. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, quick and rigorous thinking, flexible communication and good time management skills;

Experience and Education Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, finance/accounting/finance and other related professional

2. More than one years of experience in accounting; Excellent fresh graduates also take into consideration.
