Job Description for Customer Quality Engineer

This position needs to be replaced for this position is responsible for addressing customer issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction, coordinating new project to safely launch quality(APQP &  PPAP), providing RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) and tracking information to customers.
